How do I determine my pet’s size?
The most consistent way to determine a pet’s size is by using their weight. However, the size of your groomer matters too! A small person will have a more difficult time grooming an extra large dog than a larger person. Because of this, and because some of our groomers are still in training or have different experience levels, our groomers will individually consider the size of your dog, along with other factors, and give you your final price at the time of your groom.
What counts as a small dog?
Examples include:
Pomeranians, Teacup and Miniature Poodles, Yorkies, & most Shitzus
What counts as a medium dog?
Examples include:
Cocker Spaniels, King Charles Spaniels, Miniature Doodles, Wheatons
What counts as a large dog?
Examples include:
Most Doodles, Springer Spaniels, Golden Retrievers, Labradors
What counts as an extra large dog?
Examples include:
Tibetan Mastiffs, Saint Bernards, Great Pyrenees, Sheep Dogs

On Thursdays, we offer a special discount: nail trims are only $13!

Bichons, Fusion-style cuts, and other specialty grooms are available at an additional cost.

Hand Scissoring – Starting at $10 Extra
Hand scissoring is a complicated and technical process. Your groomer may charge extra if your request this service, or if your pet’s behavior necessitates hand scissoring to complete their groom.
Undercoat Removal – Starting at $10 Extra
Keep your pet’s undercoat clean & remove stray hairs with our specialty de-shed treatment!
Fees:
Matting – Starting at $10 extra
Your groomer may charge an additional de-matting fee if your pet comes in with extensive matting.
Biting and Handling – Starting at $10 extra
We may charge an additional fee if your pet becomes agressive or requires multiple people to groom.
Walk-In or Day-of Appointments – $10 extra
Late Fees – Starting at $15
Your groomer may charge you a $15 fee for late drop off or pick up
You will also be charged a $20 extra late pick up fee per every 15 min after 5pm. This does not apply to pets whose grooming time has extended past 5pm.
